Moriah was and is fantastic. She kept us up to date on everything and didn’t skim over fine details. She worked amazingly with our lender and the seller agent on our home and we knew she had everything under control. She’s friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about everything home buying/selling. In this market, it cannot be any fun for the agents who have to take us time after time because we didn't get what we're looking for - or even if we did want it but couldn't get it. Moriah was fun. She made every time out as positive as the last. I felt bad but she never pushed or seemed frustrated that we had to go again. Moriah did everything she could to help us. We ended up with a surprising result but could not be happier. Closing happened in 1 week per our request and Moriah made it so! I am recommending her to family and friends!
Moriah's ability to work with us as "out of town" sellers was great. Prior to selling, we were renting our house and upon the tenants vacating the house, we wanted a quick turnaround from vacancy to getting it market ready. She was able to project manage the process and work with us on the repairs that needed to be done and really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend Moriah in the future.
